Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than the 48 hour time period will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to your initial deposit.
Guests who cancel or reschedule two times consecutively, will be required to provide (non-refundable) prepayment prior to their next appointment. If there is a third cancellation, your prepayment is non-refundable.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Depending on your location, travel fees may range from $10-$90.
*Note: Home Organizing is not a deep cleaning service.
Deposits
Home Organizing: $80 deposit (towards your total) required at time of booking.
Watercolor Aura Event: $60 event deposit required at time of booking.
